Service Provisioning System is a platform representing a bridge between the IT systems (eg billing, selfcare) and layers and physical devices used in mobile telephony (eg hlr, VoiceMail etc.).
- Functionality:
- Interaction between communication systems operator, and physical devices used in mobile GSM (hlr, IN, VoIP etc.). The system releases information systems from having to implement specific low-level protocols for communicating with devices, offering a simple and uniform interface, providing a high-level business services;
- The possibility of any further types of devices (eg hlr) with simultaneous Parameter communications with the device. This operation is carried out with an advanced configuration of the administration (without changes in the source codes). The administrator can define a sequence of commands that type of device responsible for the implementation of further services offered by the platform business.
- Special features:
- Lower level integration with specific hardware elements operating in the telecommunications network operator;
- The possibility of factorizing graphs flow control and the communications system of the device (for the definition of graphs issued commands);
- Defined adapters for specific devices with the Mobile: hlr, Voice Mail, IVR, Intelligent Network.
